REVIEW: Voltron: Legendary Defender (cartoon)

Current mood: *throws wet tissue on floor* AGAIN!

I have never heard of Voltron. I grew up watching some Power Rangers and lots of Gundam SEED. I don't even watch mecha all that much. The point is, I never knew Voltron existed. They had anime as old as Gundam but I have never heard of it. Then tumblr burst with gifs and art of the reboot, Voltron: Legendary Defender. The art is so similar to ATLA I can't help but wonder if the producers have anything to do with it. Turns out, YES! Imagine my joy when finally, there is something I can watch that is like anime but is not anime and it's not cartoonish like Steven Universe.

KL历险记（？）

所以……Shun Xuan告诉我毕业cert可以拿了，礼拜三就约好去UCSI拿。手臂非常酸，因为礼拜二。

早早起来吃早餐然后上火车，到了学校就要拿cert……可是我把她所谓的completion letter误会成‘毕业cert’，所以白走一趟了。

Shun Xuan告诉我她要去TARC，问我要不要跟，反正也没事做，就跟着去抽热闹。想到慧欣也在TARC，就发了短讯问她有没有空，不过她久久没回复……

坐火车转火车，到了Wangsa Maju。一下站我吵着说很饿，就买了Cloud9和oreo充饥。听说上哪辆巴士都可以到TARC，就随便上了个250。果真到了。走了一段路到其中的大门，还看到学校的专用巴士。SX说很像怡保的旧款巴士。它们班次比UCSI的多，可以隔几秒一趟巴！不过那边的RAPID巴士班次也很多就是了。

进到TARC逛一逛，忽然觉得自己的头发好显眼……找个阴凉的地方坐下，等到2点。我们对面坐了一对PDA情侣，在我们面前拥抱接吻乱摸……

看着慧欣那家伙竟没回我，就查看她有没有换电话号码……还真的是换过了，难怪她没回我……1点近2点再发简讯，她说上课到3点。过后又没反应了，我还以为她不在TARC读A-level，为了确认我还问了目前唯一（？）没事做的昱恩。打电话又没接，所以最后决定我们没缘，算了！她过后打回给我，问我干嘛：

“我已经上巴士要走了啦，掰掰！”
“喔，掰掰。”*挂电话*
“……”

你那是什么意思嘛。

SX的朋友到了，带我们到食堂去吃饭。因为之前的oreo实到我肚子不舒服，我就没吃了。听闻有芝士焖饭？她带我们去Setapak Sentral逛街，情景相当好笑，可看见一群学生过马路往shopping mall走去。过后因为时间关系我和他们说掰掰就要回家了。

问题就是：这是什么鬼地方？？？我不知道？？？连火车路都不知道在哪里？？因为这次是last minute出来探险的，什么准备都没做啊啊？？想借用shopping mall的wifi来google map一下，谁知头一抬250的巴士就冲我眼前走过。啊，错过了。只好再等多30分钟。巴士终于给我上到了，到了火车站，回家。

还以为会迟回家，不过刚好遇到老妈的下班时间，就请她来载我。

一天就这样给我玩累了，第二天礼拜四还要去找Khei Lai。

早上一面看livestream一面刷牙洗脸煮早餐，去Sunway Pyramid要坐巴士到火车站，然后转车，然后到站后要坐很贵的巴士才可以到……嗯，就是因为怕会来不及11点之前到所以就很早出门，过后记得有两Rapid巴士去到Sunway Pyramid的……708号巴。

到对面的巴士站等候，2分钟后就来了，上巴士出发！半个小时就到目的地。太早了，什么都做不了啊？？？没想到巴士会这么快就到，就找个地方坐下来看书。

11很快就到了，Khei Lai来电话说到她校园去吃饭。加快脚步也不够快，为什么那个该死的天桥那么长啊？？到了校园Khei Lai来迎接我……

然后我遇到了Yi Ling#4！！！还有另一个朋友，不过不知道是谁(对不起）那是昱恩的4号，如果是我的话就是Yi Ling#2而已。吃完饭看着两个人背书一个做数学。11半我们就离开了，因为人家要考试啊。

我又过那个该死的天桥回Pyramid，逛逛一下，买番茄果酱，坐下来玩手机。有可能是因为太早起身，一直打瞌睡，打算快快回家睡觉，所以好可惜只能和你吃午餐！以后我会努力的！！！

This blog has most likely become a review blog more than a regular blog lol.

I'm feeling pretty out of it these days. I'm not doing any art, I'm not even playing video games, I'm not updating my harem blog, not even cleaning my room... just watching GTLive on Tuesday to Saturday mornings. Aaaand moping around with my college applications and driving test. Yeah.

Having literally nothing to do in life is very mentally draining. I should try to update my harem blog (or even at least try to remodel the whole thing know what I'll do it now)... ok I'm back, I spent 5 hours+ learning HTML and CSS to modify goddamn themes, then another 4 hours to scan and redo my posts so it looks neater... so much work and I'm not even halfway through.

There's campus open day next Wednesday... mom's going to go with me on the campus tour. I do hope I can manage to get everything sorted out on that day because if not it's going to suck balls. I need to go for medical checkup, pick a date for my extra driving lessons and test, gotta pass that shit too... so much stuff on my mind!

I have an idea of a video for my YouTube channel but I keep putting it off because my voice sounds silly and I'm still learning how to edit. Man, video editing takes a lot of time and energy.

My sketchbooks and art supplies have been increasing as of late, and surprise surprise I don't have any money anymore! There's Animangaki in August so I really need some cash to spend. I'm going to meet some awesome artists for the first time!!! Exciting!!!

There's really not much to say about my life. Nothing I do is worth noting, all I did these past few months were sleep and eat only. I should read my books (all of them, collecting dust on the shelves).

Everybody has their lives now, none of us are truly available whenever. Sometimes I wonder: will I ever leave this place? Will I ever see the world change? Will the day when we can walk on the streets undisturbed ever come? And if it did, will I live to see it? The world is so ugly, who will be the catcher in the rye?

This post took a dark turn didn't it? Well shucks, my English posts always end up like this.

REVIEW: Tales of Graces f (videogame)

It wasn't until after I got most of the AC games that I bought ToGf. My shopping list after buying a new console has always been one, Final Fantasy; two, Tales; Three, Kingdom Hearts; and four, Assassin's Creed. Followed by other JRPGs, then only the various games I'm thirsty about. I've been looking into PS3 Tales games, but they're so scarce and sometimes the shopkeeper doesn't even know what I want. So I did some research on my own and found a few titles (at least more than PS2). I'm still salty about Tales of Vesperia. Namco Bandai, release a localized PlayStation copy OK!

所以我很想买毛毛人的画集。就为了买那本书愿意继在家发霉……

5月28日，礼拜六。早上八点出发，可是火车来得好慢好慢……我们到Quill City Mall的时候都已经近11点了。提款后我和老妈就走各的，她自己慢慢逛，我就去花钱。入场票还挺便宜的，两天15快，当然那是因为这只是个小小的画展（？）

进去人蛮多的，不过不会多到没有地方走（CF超恐怖的）。我人本身就不喜欢买海报和明信片，钱不是花在画集就是badge，偏偏没几个人有卖画集。虽然我去CAFKL是为了买毛毛人的画集，不过那天还是有看到中意的东西……

等我出来都已经近12点了，姑姑当天打算来我们家过夜，就问问她办完事没，我们可以一起吃饭然后回家。

姑姑人在Bangsar，所以她比较快到KL Sentral。会和后第一件事就是问午餐吃什么。最后我们去吃SAKAE SUSHI，然后坐火车回家……就这样一天过去了……

EUROVISION SONG CONTEST 2016

Eurovision has been popping up on my tumblr dash since what? Two years ago? And all I know about it is dubstep opera vampire, sparkly shorts, err, someone in drag (or were they trans??? idk) and lots of 12 points to neighboring countries. Here is a brief explanation of Eurovision by tumblr user bobbimorxe:

basically eurovision was founded in th 50′s after WWII when people were like “we need something to unite europe” so they were like “clearly the most logical thing is a huge music competition”. in 2016 over 250 million people watch it

so each country get to pick a song, it varies how seriously people take this and how they do it, in a lot of countries the tv station picks an entry, in sweden for example we have a six week long battle to the death on national television with around 40 contestors.

the big five always have a secure place in the final cause they pay a lot of money: the uk, italy, germany, spain, france

after the semi finals there are about 25 european countries left (somehow israel, azerbajdzjan and australia is in europe, don’t ask cause i don’t know)

this is where the weird really begins.. like every country can send pretty much WHATEVER they want so this is like the only place where you’ll first see a number that’s like a dubstep opera vampire with nude dancers and then the next number will be someone singing about the political horrors of war.

ok the VOTING is a science in itself each country gives points 1-8, 10, and 12. the twelve points aka DOUZE POINTS is the hot girl that everyone wants.

neighbour voting, aka the unwritten rule that you give high scores to your neighbours, maybe not the 12 but if it’s not the 8 or 10 it’s kinda rude. for example last night THIS HAPPENED



like i make jokes but i’m honestly lowkey mad. ths is like the worst betrayal since the red wedding. and we got 5th place so obviously other countries liked us WHAT GIVES????

“there are no politics in eurovision” like the biggest lie ever. also this year was really dramatic and the two highest scores were between russia and ukraine who would win, and i’m just “what kind of symbolism”

So three Europeans I follow have been live tweeting and posting about the ESC grand final last Saturday. Boy, was it hilarious! Like one moment Ukraine sang about shit Russia did years ago, another there was a Dark Souls boss singing about Lighthouses, then a girl who has an onion or potato idek, someone brought Jesus back, there's a nude person singing with wolves, and Germany pulled some Harajuku fashion show. Grand finals had a paper towels fashion runway. During the final announcement the jury pulled off a Dumbledore (10000000 points to Ukarine!!!!) when everyone thought Australia was gunna win.

On tumblr ESC may look ridiculous, but the songs were decent. There are a few songs I liked, and most of them were english, only one was french (I think).

Finland's song is OK, and since they were the first to perform it was memorable, but they didn't make it to finals. Croatia's Lighthouse (the Dark Souls boss) was my favorite. Hungary had a really nice song and a handsome singer. Austria was the first non-English song in semi-finals, and I loved it! I don't understand a word but the singer was pretty and the way she sang it blew me away. I thought it was probs french. Belgium had the most upbeat song, almost made it into my top 3 but didn't because it's too funky. Poland brought Jesus back. No kidding. Jamala won ESC 2016 but I can't hear a single word of her song. I just can't hear anything properly. It's very haunting though.

REVIEW: Final Fantasy XIII-2 (videogame)

Current mood: Stop screaming Serah, stand and fight properly jfc.

I bought the game alongside with my PS3 and FF13. Ahh a sequel. I remember when the website updated with recurring characters, and Hope was one of them, and he's all grown up! I squealed. No kidding, squealed!! Adult Hope is sooo hot!!!! *fangirls*

去PJ探险！

婆婆来过夜几天，办完手续后就礼拜二坐火车回太平。

一整天在家发霉的我当然就必须陪婆婆去到KL Sentral看她平安地上火车。

5月3号，礼拜二，七早八早连早餐都没吃就跟上班族们挤火车。婆婆上到火车后我才慢吞吞地道McD去买早餐……那时都已经是10点了。

我要去的Stickerrific 12点才开门，可是我已经无聊到想不到事情做了，只好坐LRT到Asia Jaya站。

到站后发现忘记巴士号码，而且前几个月号码也全都换了，所以不知道要坐哪辆才到Jaya One。我在远方好像看到Jaya One，就以为蛮靠近的可以走路就到……

可是没想到这么远啊？？？！！！现在看回去我走的距离还真吓人……到Digital Mall就不知道要怎么走了，就停在公园里打电话求救——老豆！！！还好天气还阴阴的，不会说很热，可是汗还是流很多。

去到Jaya One，发现我走了那么远才花了半个小时……还有一个小时才开店啊。坐在别的地方吹冷气，休息休息（脚好酸）。进到店里简直是文具地狱（stationery hell）。什么都想买。还有它们的猫都好可爱~在那花了91块买了笔记本，笔和贴纸。

要回火车站。搭到巴士，不过是停在别的站。还是上了因为不要再等下一班巴士。回到家，忘记买鸡蛋！！！！

第二天早上又早起，因为要去学校办手续。脚好酸啊啊啊
