Countdown!
A few more days and we would be all back to the old times when we have to study like maniacs for the test. Bah.
Best enjoy EVERYTHING before time runs out! I've looked for Mirror's Edge for like a whole two months and no results. It's time to deal with the pirates!
Got a whole bunch of fine torrents with invalid downloads. Bah, again. Finally I found a perfect torrent and installed the CD... but then the game won't start. Pops said "Replace #$*@%" and I don't know what he meant. Soon after I dealt with the shortcut, the game splash popped out. YES! Finally, after months of searching, I'm going to play MIRROR'S EDGE!
I waited, and waited and waited... and waited. Nothing. Looked for solutions on the web and, hey! There's this website that helps you determine if your OS is fit for the game... and everything was a fine tick, except for the graphics card. I was so close to playing the game I longed, ya know!
Had a gathering on the 26th with old friends in Sunway Pyramid. 1/3 of my old pals didn't recognize it's me. Ha...
We watched Wreck-it Ralph at 11 with large popcorn. I TOTALLY MISSED THE FINAL FANTASY CAMEO PART! But at least I saw Street Fighter Chun Li in the Game Central. Mario didn't show up, but the mushrooms and antagonist did. There was Pac-Man, and cameos of Sonic, and there was this fighting game which I think is quite familiar...
After the movie we went to have lunch, but all the popcorn is making me full. We had Won Gok (I dunno how to spell the name) daily promotion sets. I had spaghetti and warm teh, and I couldn't finish it (because of the popcorn).
Then we had karaoke! I sang and sang till my throat's sore! There were a few anime songs, but please, they don't don't have the lyrics. Jasmine and I were like "We should've seen this coming and brought our lyrics books." They had Lia in their list, but she had only one song, and that song is totally not Tori no Uta.
Jasmine and I gave up. We sucked it up and went with English songs. we chose the impossible ones - My Heart Will Go On, I Will Always Love You, and the few high-pitched albums. I didn't get to sing Lady Gaga's because the others don't like it. Oh, and we did not sing Oppa Gangam Style, trust me.
It was almost six when we left Red Box. We wandered around for a bit and I bought Shounen 29 in Popular! I was very thrilled! I was even more thrilled when I found Ouji to Majou to Himegimi to manga in Speedy! God, I wasted all my savings already so Jasmine offered to pay for me... as my Christmas gift (I should've told my aunt I wanted that for Christmas, and Jasmine won't have to waste her money).
Amber and I talked so much that the other two were astonished about our chitchat abilities. Both of us found out that Jia Whei was a fail Otaku: she can't tell whether that specific anime of manga is considered shounen or shoujo. Pretty fail right. Both of us said, "You can't learn this technique. You need experience to actually tell the difference."
Why would Amber and I start testing Jia Whei? Well, have you ever heard of some anime and manga lover say that Fairy Tail is shoujo? We heard that and got the world's deadliest heart attack. "Go bang head on a wall."

PMR Results 2012 ('97)
It's the 19th of December, 2012.
The day when all the students stress themselves out about their PMR results.
C'mon man, is it that frightening?
To tell you the truth, I did not intend to take my results at school today. All I wanted was to avoid trouble with the teachers (who might take a 'liking' to my hairstyle). Early in the morning I sent a SMS to confirm my results: 6A, 1B, 1C. B for BM and C for BC (Mandarin). Well, I know some of you who learnt Mandarin but didn't take the test but got straight As will be like, "Oh, good thing I didn't take the subject!".
But there are suckers in this world who would want to make fun of those like me who took the subject, though knowing I might get a bad grade or something. They might say "Ha! Serves you right for taking the subject!" or "You should be smart like me and not take the subject.". You know what? Those people can just eat their shit. I may get a poor grade during the test, but at least I have the courage to finish what I left off.
It's sad to see my fellow primary school friends (who learnt Mandarin) give up on the subject, after eight years of hardship. AGGRESSIVE is a girl who holds on to tradition, and she will always say, "You're Chinese but you don't learn Mandarin? What kind of Chinese is that?!"
Of course, this isn't the worst case. I've heard some 'bananas' (Chinese who doesn't understand Mandarin) talk about the issue and I had a thought. It's okay if you don't understand Mandarin. BUT, if you bad-mouth about about your own roots, it is not acceptable. Some people just don't appreciate their mother language.
Overall, my mom was satisfied with the results, and pops can't do nothin' about my Mandarin grades.

How I came into this wonderful world of...
Correction, "How I get dragged in this wonderful world of...". I can't really say I went into that world consciously.
The world of what?
Novels, of course.
The young me hated books, especially those with a bunch of words and no pictures. I hated books of my mother language even more, resulting in 'hatred of books in mother language'. I always had low grades on my Mandarin tests, and I always get a scolding from my parents. To help me improve the grades, my mom bought me Mandarin manga which costs about RM4.50 (less than 2 dollars)... and I loved them. I have a bookcase worth of mangas, and zero books with many words.
This continued on until I started secondary school, with a new lot of friends and environment. Ya have to change your attitude and hobbies to fit in you know, the girl's gang. Fortunately I wasn't a bit least interested in those gangs, and lot long after I found the group that suits me well, with a bunch of nerds and geeks like me (sorry pal, but we ARE considered nerds and geeks).
The first two have entirely different personalities. If I were to use one word to describe each of them, it would be AGRESSIVE for Ern and NEUTRAL for Khei. They were the ones that introduced me into the world of novels, since they read... a lot. Influence is important in a teenager's life. A few months after the meeting, I decided to finish my Shounen Onmyouji and Scrapped Princess. That is how I 'unconsciously' entered the world of novels.
Before meeting the other two readers, I have a bookshelf worth of novels already. The new two friends joined the group a year later. One word to describe Hooi Shin is RABID and for Little Sheep is... SECURE (why secure, you ask me? It's because she always secures the out-of-control RABID with harsh words). They were quite the readers. If I've not mistaken, both of them read romance novels, as well as Khei too.
You all must be thinking the books I read are romance novels, right? No! I despise them as much as I despise books long ago. I've tried reading some, and they all ended up collecting dust in my bookshelf. The ones I read are NOTHING like those mushy love stories. There are two main genres in my books selection, FANTASY and ADVENTURE. Sometimes a little tint of COMEDY, but overall it's those two genres.
The introduction of this wonderful world had made me read books faster, and what's more, books with a bunch of words and in mandarin. It scares me that how fast a person can change with the influence of friends.
The old me who hates books and would watch anime all day was now gone, because now I have different forms of entertainment, in form of books, games and... art.

Late Wish
Something not-so-funny to tell.
You all still remember the young days when we all wanted cellphones and laptops, Gameboys and PlayStations? Well, some of you had your iPhones and laptops, gaming platforms and various gadgets.
Congrats to myself for scoring my dad's laptop, though it's not yet officially mine. What? My mom (or aunt) would want to argue with me for that? Meh, you think your shit, they a'int gonna touch it one bit!
Reason?
~ Faulty graphic card
~ Not able to connect wifi
~ Too heavy
~ Heck, my desktop screen is like 2 times larger!
Who'd want a laptop with a faulty graphic card? It's because of this defect that my pop gave up his second wife. If not for this I could play Audiosurf in fullscreen with premium graphics! I could most certainly play DVD games with the graphic card's capabilities.
A lot of my electronic gadgets were gifts from relatives:
~ Digital cameras (except for one) and walkman received from pops;
~ iPod Nano and Mp3 player from mom;
~ My current cellphone (a very old Nokia brand which you can hit people with) once a property of my aunt;
~ PlayStation 2 given by my other aunt;
And now it's the laptop... which I probably shouldn't claim it's mine.
I like the desktop screen better. Large enough for CG editing programs.
Note that this post is submitted with the laptop.

K Project is so Wonderful~
Finally had the Bayonetta original soundtrack! Yeah! I gotta say, that game was pretty awesome (though I've never played it before, but I'm planning to)! The soundtrack was better! Ahhhh~~~
- Anime -
Yes! On to K Project, which I've watched all 11 episodes just now. You hafta watch it, I mean it! It's SUPER! So many bishies in one series, and I could think up of all theyaoi pairings~ *cough cough* Note that the animation was great and the colors are ever so vivid and strong... like, like Mirror's Edge! And the city setting! The campus! I mean, almost everything! Like I said in my Tumblr:
- Gaming -
Got to say, I should consider Portal and Portal 2, as well as Bayonetta, like I mentioned just now. Portal because I want to kick ass (and mind games), Bayonetta because the Umbra Witches are so sexy (and tall)!
OK, look. The focus isn't her curves *shifty eyes* it's her SHOES. Gun heels. Bam! God, I want a pair. And look, there's Jeanne!
Pretty tall, aren't they? Ahhhh! To hell with them! I want to be tall, and I want those gun heels! On a side note, Bayonetta's suit is made of her own hair. I think Jeanne's suit under that red coat was made of her own hair too...

Awesome Trips!
When I say awesome trips, ohoho... you know what I mean.
Let's just start with the TAC Dec Trip.
Every year on December my ole fav day care will have their year end trip with the kids. Usually I NEVER miss them, but I think I missed one last year or last last year...
In the morning I waited at the center with another two friends + one friend's friend. We *are* probably the oldest among the participants to the trip. We went to Kidzania and saw A LOT of kids. And I don't mean kids above 10, mostly are below 7, which mean , kindergarten kids. ...AWWW MAN! Not now! I hate kids!
So then me and Sam didn't get to play most of the time, but Sun and her friend did, but not much. There were TOO MANY kids there. No wonder they called it a metropolis. We actually planned to board the plane, then Sun broke all the fun saying: "You get to ride the plane, but the scene is always the IKEA building. What's so fun about that?" OK... maybe not.
Our motive was the surgeon in the hospital. Ha! we waited half an hour of this experience, but only Sun'f friend got the surgeon, we got endoscopy. The 'nurse' told us to wear rubber gloves and...
Me: The gloves were pretty small, and while I was trying to pull it in, it teared a big hole.
Sam. Her fingernails were long so some were poked a few holes.
Sun: This was worse. Since she's a little plum, her hands look like Mickey Mouse! What's more, her fingernails were long and sharp, causing another major problem.
After all the headaches our next destination was the new Royal Palace. It was extremely HUGE. Bigger than the last one. Sadly there ware no horses on guard. We were quite disappointed.
Head on to yesterday, the second EPIC trip.
Water rafting! Have you ever tried it before? It forced me to conquer my greatest fear since childhood - water.
A two hour trip from KL to Gepong (a place before Ipoh) and we arrived below the mountain. The guide took us 'lorry rafting' first before the real fun. The branches of the trees kept hitting our heads!
After we reached our destination, the guide gave us the life jackets and helmets to wear. Then he told us the safety precautions and commands. Just when I think we can finally board the raft... they told us to perform 'water confidence'.
One of the guides went on first, followed by us. We were supposed to flow down the furious current full of rocks by ourselves, then grab the rope. Seriously, I can't swim. I chickened out before the guide could release me.
HP-50
I was so scared that I couldn't breathe even on land. After I calmed down, we continued the activity. There were a lot of fast currents and rocks ahead, so the guide told us: 'If you don't squat down and hold the rope like I told you, 50% 50% you'll fly off the boat. And after you flew off, 50% 50% you'll get hit by rocks." Whoa man, that's sooo not funny.
I practically survived the water, but
HP-20
and someone was thrown off the boat. The guide quickly grabbed him back inside. After that the currents were all pretty calm, and I have no worries, so
HP+20
After rafting for quite some time, we rested on the shore and I practiced the water confidence. it was not so bad until the current took me away.
Once we reached a point, the guide told us we have to perform water confidence... again. This time we were ordered to grab the life jackets and float in a row towards the furious current full of rocks which could probably break your back and feet.
HP-30
Then I almost got carried away by the current when we're supposed to stop.
HP-10
And... we're safe! So in the end, what's left of me was only 10 HP I've died so many times, and revived so many times.
I've died too many times.

Manga and Games
I have two ways of spending my holidays; either reading manga (yaoi and shoujo alike) or gaming Final Fantasy XIII-2. Maybe sometimes I draw and use PS for art purposes, or continue the walkthrough, but I've partially gave up.
-Manga-
The new Skip Beat! chapter was GOD DANG SEXY! Tsuruga... Kyoko... Sho... I... I... AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! I can't wait for January! I can't wait for January! AHHHHHHHHHH!!! Wish it was not an act! Not an act!!!
Misa-chan finally went to England in the newest chap, so I am looking forward to the epic battle between 'riches and commoners'! Haha, I wonder how would Usui react...
The other shoujo manga won't be updating as fast, so I guess I have to buy the others at the bookstore... *sob*
-Games-
Finally getting into Final Fantasy XIII-2. I have unlocked about four other timelines in the Historia Crux, after Bresha Ruins 3 AF was Yaschas Massif 10 AF, which I hate so much because of the darkness and Behemoths. But I saw older hope in Yaschas Massif... I wanted to see him so badly... For safety purposes, I still skipped it to Sunleth Waterscape 300 AF. Miniflans! Oh They're soooooo cute!
-Walkthrough-
Entering Second Ascent of the Pharos now~ One more part then I'm done with the main storyline!
-Anime-
Ah~ watched K-ON!! at friend's house a few days ago, and I don't think I would want to watch it anymore. Though Eureka Seven Ao released two episodes after Renton appeared, somehow I'm too lazy to watch it. I abandoned K Project too. It feels like I only watch anime when my father watches them... thinking back when I was still a kid, I'd surf Youtube for anime episodes.
-Novel-
Urr... I'm out of budget so I can't buy any novels in the time being. I really wanted to read the next chapter... *pout*

Drafts and Posts
I was, and I mean was deleting my old posts just now. It's like how I deleted all the old deviations in dA a few months ago.
Before this, the post count was 100; 99 published, 1 draft. The draft was simply a test for experimenting new formatting, so in conclusion... this is the official 100th post.
A dew minutes ago, my blog archive had '2009' in it (is it? I don't even remember) but now after all the deleting, there's only one post for year 2010. Kinna sucks right?

Twilight Movie Was AWESOME!
Yesterday I went to the movies with Heidi and some girlfriends.
We ate McD's and secretly took their food and drinks into the cinema. I brought a jacket, so I had to be the one who hides the drink. My abdomen was freezing and they said I looked as if I was pregnant.
Meh.
Spoilers ahead!
THE FIGHTING SCENE WAS SUPER AWESOME!
You could totally see the coolness of Bella, and I assure you, though there's tons of sad deaths (vampires and werewolves alike) it's still super awesome. And then when it comes to the satisfying end...
you all got pwned!
It's all an illusion. Alice saw that future and I thought it was REAL! Godamnit!

"Land-s-l-i-d-e. Tu tanah runtuh kan?"
……
Bacon wrapping sausage!
ODEAN=Odin
Malaysia
Plastic
Mamak

"Land-s-l-i-d-e. Tu tanah runtuh kan?"
……
